The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Studio Hive was design by GBBN Architects for Carnegie Library located in Pittsburgh.
   This project received the AIA ( American Institute Architects) award for small projects by US architects for the 13th edition of annual awards.

    It is an open floor plan office, deliberately avoiding the typical office typology, where each agents has their own cubicles and also with minimal interaction with other agent.

IC collections.

An IC lights stands for insulation contact. For an insulated ceiling and IC rated recessed light can be used without risk of it overheating or causing fire in the roof space.
     The IC recessed lights are more energy efficient than other recessed lights, this is because its fixtures can be covered with insulation, thus reducing heat. it is safe and cost effective.

In Tai Tai mountain park in Shanxi Province, China, 30 abandoned buses were converted to lovely mini hotels.

The Transparent Building

The transparent building was a former industrial building (Hong Kong factory building). The building was transformed to an exciting building. The project was commissioned in 2013 and completed in 2016, and was tagged "office transformation".
           It is located at 133 Wai Yip street, East Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Anytime I walk pass any GTB building it catches my whole body. You know why? It is because each building has its own unique design and construction statement, be it a rented or owned space.
