The Tallest Building in Ikot Ekpene ( the four star hotel)
The tallest building in Ikot Ekpene is the Four Points Sheraton hotel ( Four Star Hotel)
This hotel is one of the ongoing projects of Akwa-Ibom state government and the design and construction is handled by Renaissance Construction company a Turkish firm. The project commenced in March 2014 and to be commission in 2015. The project is in the final stage of completion

SIMILITUDE
This is an institutional building in Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Lagos state.
The
building has a resemblance of an industrial building, with its roof design
pattern.
It
has a North-light roof pattern design which is commonly used for industrial
building.
