The Tallest Building in Ikot Ekpene ( the four star hotel)

The tallest building in Ikot Ekpene is the  Four Points Sheraton hotel ( Four Star Hotel)

This hotel is one of the ongoing projects of Akwa-Ibom state government and the design and construction is handled by Renaissance Construction company a Turkish firm. The project commenced in March 2014 and to be commission in 2015. The project is in the final stage of completion

The building is a 12 storey building excluding the basement, service floor and the roof top. It has 128 standard rooms, 16 suites, 2 presidential suites, night clubs, swimming pools, roof tops, cafe, a spa, tennis court.
The hotel is been constructed on a 13,000m2 area. The exterior material is aluminum facade glass.

Interior spaces: The hotel interiors are lovely and well design with detail construction.
The ground floor lobby ceiling is been design with wood to form lovely patterns and also used to outline the ceiling different heights. thus, creating an exciting feeling when entering the lobby.
The gym, has wooden flooring, which is a good sound insulator and non- slippery. and the blend of neutral colours. A lovely ceiling design with polished wood. glossy counter with wooden top.
