Tiny homes above car parks proposed for affordability crisis

Solving the Britain's housing affordability crisis, A British architect came up with a solution of building tiny homes above parking spaces.

the apartment would stand on stilts in outer-city parking lots. the living space is 76 square feet and likely to cost around £750 per month to rent, developer estimate.
installation cost of apartments is between £55,000 and £60,000.
" these homes are built to a better standard and are more carefully designed than most developments in the city" said Mr Bill Dunster.

the apartment each comes with each equipped solar panels, water recycling system and electric vehicle charging points.

the council has not approved anything yet, citing concerns about air pollution and land devaluation among its main grips.
