The Small Creative Office
Project: Agency
Firm: Belzberg Architect
Location: Los Angeles
It is an open floor plan office, deliberately avoiding the typical office typology, where each agents has their own cubicles and also with minimal interaction with other agent.
This is achieved by compressing formal work-space to the perimeter and bringing together all amenities to a common area. The area is flexible space allowing a large number of activities, which includes reception, to lecture, cocktail parties.
The common area is represented accurately by series of architecture seating components that allows for variety of activities, which includes space for informal meetings with semi-private enclosure. these enclosure elements further serves as graphic branding devices for future offices.
The project is focus on creating a sense of openness and flexibility. The plan layouts use the full advantage of abundant natural light of Beverly Hills. the office sits amidst four lush garden that receives sunlight, welcome guest and employees.
