The Tallest Timber Office building in Russia.



Good Wood Plaza

This is the proposed firm headquarters of Good Wood Company.

It is located in Zelenograd near Moscow, Russia.





The plaza covers an area of 3,400 square meters with walls and it is 19.75meters tall. 1,547 square meters of glazing will be included across the structure. Solar panels of 328 square meters will cover the top of the structure. The building is an office block of 4 floors and 6 levels.

This building is set to become Russia’s largest timber-based office. To provide the main supporting structure, laminated Veneer lumber is been used throughout the construction.

  
The plaza has work areas, 30 meeting rooms of different sizes, an assembly hall, café and dining areas. A media center and even a cinema are included in it.


Good Wood plaza despite not been complete, the Russian books of records bestowed it the honour of the tallest wooden building currently under construction in January, 2016.
