The unit is an independent structure, and equipped with solar panels. The unit has a floor to ceiling glazed window on all sides and has a wooden louvre-cladding which serves as sun breakers, protecting it from bright sunlight and also offers privacy.

The floor space is 50 square meters. The Fincube has an hallways which has a kitchen, a living area. Behind the living area are the bathroom and the sleeping area.

The partitions are fitted with shelves and kitchen work-top. The flooring is wooden panel floors.
