Northwest Filling Station, Asaba

Northwest petroleum retail station Asaba, is one of Northwest Petroleum and Gas Company flagship station.

This Retail Station has definitely wow me, with its unique and different design from a typical petroleum retail stations in Nigeria.

Driving along Benin/Asaba expressway, opposite Oshimili local government area office in Asaba, Delta state, Nigeria is situated this very unique and different Petroleum Retail Station.

This Retail station has 21 nozzles. It is very spacious. The Retail Station has this contemporary design and looks more of a retailing and office building.

The building is adorned in brilliant white colour. It has a wide ceiling to floor windows; thus creating a relationship between the inside spaces and the outside environment.

A sunscreen breaker is installed immediately above the first floor window.  From the approach view the building user activities is divided into four sections, taking the four entrance doors into cognisance.

There is a veranda at the middle of the building and it is emphasised with green colour paint. The handrails are constructed with four parallel stainless steel design.
