The Skinny Skyscraper is located on the 262fifth Avenue,
New York City, United States of America. This Skinny Skyscraper was designed by
a Russian Architect, Meganom and it is still under construction.
This structure will ascend 305 meters over New York’s
Nomad District close to Madison Square Park. Meganom describe this Sky-piercing
Tower as “progressive example of forward-thinking and contemporary design. It will
include several ‘first’ in terms of its design and environmental sustainability
features”.
The eastern façade of the 262th fifth avenue will be
decked out with oversized and perforated porthole windows, while on the north
and south elevation is a floor to ceiling windows, thus offering nearly 360° of
panoramic views of the city.
Each housing unit will be column-free, as all of the key
components will house on the tower edge.
